Not many people, in fact nobody, realises that about fifteen years ago, Ah! records risked a very low-key tour of the southern USA.
Cue every movie and rock'n'roll cliché you wish you invoke.
Van full of chemically-alterd ingenues, running out of gas in the Everglades, walking by torchlight through a 'gator-filled swamp to find help and gasoline.
There, miles from the road and any track, is a dark, muty outhouse. It's terrifying, but it has a roof.
The torch batteries die, suddenly (they're better the environment. it becomes clear there is a dim green light under the door. Under the padlocked-from-outside door.
the keyboardist calls out: "hello, can you help? we're English."

Everyone must know a shed in a wood that fascinates. It's a universal archetype, right? All you need is to take a crowbar and some boltcroppers i your rucksack whenever you go for a stroll. Nowadays, of course, its more troll than stroll, ha ha HHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
